If you do decide to enlist our services then here's what you can expect:

- After you contact us we'll arrange to meet you in person at your earliest convenience
This meeting will generally take place in a local hotel so that you can relax and enjoy a coffee while we discuss your dreams. We'll listen to what you have in mind and get to know you personally so we can make suggestions which fit more closely with the vision you have of your wedding
If after our first meeting you decide to go ahead and plan your wedding with Fairy Godmother then we'll provide you with a contract detailing our commitment to you. This contract will also serve as an invoice showing you when each payment is due and how much.
Details of cost will be discussed on an individual basis and agreed during the initial meeting
- Once we know what you want we'll find it
Once we've confirmed your booking and gathered an idea of what type of wedding you want we'll start contacting suppliers that match your needs. On average we'll contact between 4 and 6 suppliers we think we might be appropriate and discuss your wedding with them. We'll then prepare a short summary of each supplier and provide samples of their work (if available) for you to view. Once we have this information we'll arrange another session with you and your partner for you to select which suppliers you would like to use
- We'll co-ordinate further visits to suppliers on your behalf
When deciding on suppliers we understand this may involve further visits by you and your partner which we will happily co-ordinate on your behalf. We will also co-ordinate payment of suppliers and confirm receipt of payment and attendance on the day. If desired we can also take responsibility for organising appointments with bridal salons, hairdressers and beauty therapists
- We'll be in constant contact throughout the planning process
During the planning stages of your wedding, we will be in constant contact with you and your partner to keep you informed of what's happening. There will be regular meetings with you to discuss any changes or new requirements which you may have, and we will be available at all times to ease any concerns which you may have
- On the day we'll be in attendance to make sure everything goes to plan
On the day we can be in attendance (if required) to ensure everything goes according to plan and will be on call to deal with any last minute hitches, so you don't have to worry about anything except saying 'I do'
